We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Turndown Attendant (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).

At Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, the evening turndown service is an important part of the guest experience. In this role, you will prepare guestrooms for the night, ensuring each space is refreshed, tidy, and inviting upon the guest’s return. Your attention to detail and thoughtful approach contribute to the sense of comfort and care that defines the Bucuti experience.

You will interact with guests in a warm and professional manner, responding to requests with courtesy and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You take pride in creating a welcoming and restful environment for guests, with a strong eye for detail and consistency. You work efficiently and remain focused in a fast-paced setting, maintaining high standards even during busy periods.

You approach your work with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, understanding the importance of teamwork while also being comfortable working independently. Your natural sense of hospitality allows you to engage with guests in a polite and professional manner, ensuring each interaction meets the resort's standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably within a hospitality environment
Experience in customer service is required
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable using basic technology to support daily operations
Physically able to perform tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate to heavy loads
Flexible and comfortable working shifts (PM), including weekends and holidays
